Melissa Bucciarelli-Gilbert is the Director of Interactive for Hershey Entertainment & Resorts where she leads the team responsible for email marketing to 14 permission-based lists. The team is also tasked with the website strategy, design, and content management for 25 corporate websites. Melissa has been with Hershey Entertainment & Resorts for 7 years. Prior to joining the Interactive Marketing Department in 2005, she worked in sales and operations for both Resort properties. Melissa holds a BA in Communications and has solid knowledge of both email and web best practices.

As Brand Manager of Interactive and Relationship Marketing, Rob Wittmann oversees the execution of Dunkin' Donuts marketing programs across digital platforms. This includes DunkinDonuts.com, Dunkin' Perks, social media sites, the Dunkin' Donuts Card and branded microsites. Rob joined Dunkin' Donuts in 2005. Prior to joining Dunkin' Donuts, Rob was Business Development Manager at Pinnacor Inc., an online content aggregation and integration company. Rob has a B.A. from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

across media, financial services, high tech, with 13 years experience in digital
marketing. Brent came to Omniture as part of the Touch Clarity acquisition where
he was CMO. Brent is now VP of Strategic Marketing for Omniture. Before Touch Clarity,
Brent spent over 6 years as VP Marketing for WebTrends, where Brent was instrumental
in growing and evangelizing the web analytics category. Prior to WebTrends, Brent
was VP Marketing at ABC Technologies, which was acquired by SAS Institute. Brent
was founder and associate publisher of Chicago-based New City Communications and
spent two years in Mergers and Acquisitions of Morgan Stanley. In 2003, Brent was
chosen by B2B Magazine as one of the Top 100 B2B Marketers in North America.

Manager with Definition 6, Lynn is charged with understanding a client's business
needs, developing sound strategic recommendations, and is ultimately responsible
for interactive marketing solutions delivered to meet those business goals. Lynn
has more than ten years of marketing experience on both the agency and client sides
developing successful initiatives generating leads, building relationships with
customers, and increasing sales. Areas of expertise include: interactive marketing
strategy, email marketing, online advertising, social media, search engine marketing,
engaging web experiences, and eCommerce solutions. She has always emphasized segmentation
and targeting so that relevant messaging can be used to deliver optimal results.

Hilda Alarcon began working for Advocates for Children of New York in April 2006 as the Program Assistant for a project within the organization, the New York State Technical and Education Assistance Center for Homeless Students (NYS-TEACHS). Hilda has served NYS-TEACHS in a number of capacities, utilizing her customer service and organizational skills. Her primary responsibilities include: coordinating and planning training sessions and events, data entry, administrative support, and speaking with school district personnel, social service providers, and families about the educational rights of students who are homeless. In previous years, Hilda held administrative assistant positions with various non-profit organizations in New York. She is fluent in Spanish.
