Troy is a marketing technology veteran having spent the past 13 years helping clients more effectively utilize customer data and technology to solve business challenges. Troy has worked in the CRM, email marketing, and e-procurement industries and is regarded as a strategic database marketer and an e-mail marketing subject matter expert. Troy has helped hundreds of clients with their email marketing and CRM initiatives by effectively leveraging software solutions to drive measurable business results. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of marketing automation, database marketing, and customer lifecycle management.
Jeff Robinson,
Electronic Communications Manager, Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association
Jeff Robinson began working with the Indianapolis Convention & Visitors Association while running his own freelance design firm. Together, they created an email strategy for the city focused on leisure travelers. After two years as an outside consultant he went to work for the ICVA full time and has continued to guide their email marketing efforts as they’ve expanded beyond the leisure market to target both meeting planners and ICVA members. Jeff is also in charge of web design for the ICVA, assists with video production and contributes design to print publications.

Jennie has worked for Roto-Rooter Services Company since 1995. During her thirteen years, she has held many roles in Acquisitions, Call Centers and Yellow Page departments. In Jennie’s current position as manager of internet marketing, she is responsible for all email programs, rotorooter.com, search engine marketing and optimization and online yellow page programs. Jennie is a member of the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Nick Godfrey is a partner at Customer Portfolios; his focus is strategy for developing and executing targeted and measurable marketing programs. Customer Portfolios is made up of Left and Right brain marketers like Nick. Coming from the client side, Nick brings to CP an extensive marketing background of building programs. Nick’s past work has covered the spectrum from consumer goods like Frito-Lay to software with LingoMotors, a natural language search company to fun products like the Harpoon Brewery and Smartfood Popcorn!
