Michele Houde McMahon
Director, OnDemand Operations, Ariba Inc.

Michele Houde McMahonMichele McMahon currently serves as Director at Ariba, Inc. Michele recently joined Ariba via the successful acquisition of Procuri, Inc. At Ariba, she is responsible for driving the strategy and technologies around lead generation, data strategy, and process improvement. Michele served as Vice President of OnDemand Operations for Procuri and was instrumental in building the OnDemand Operations team. At Procuri, McMahon was responsible for strategically leading the inside sales team, sales operations team, salesforce automation, database initiatives and systems implementations for sales and marketing.

Ms. McMahon possesses an extensive background in sales operations, lead generation, sales processes, and direct response marketing in the business-to-business technology sector. Prior to Procuri, she worked for Cox Enterprises, where she helped launch a new local search engine for service providers.  Ms. McMahon has also held multiple sales and marketing positions at Manhattan Associates, impacting the company’s expansion from a private, start-up to a publicly traded, global corporation.

Ms. McMahon holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications and a minor in art from Ithaca College. She is an active networker in Atlanta’s business community.


Todd CallawayTodd Callaway

Todd Callaway is the Interactive Marketing Manager for Shaw Industries, Inc., the world's largest carpet manufacturer and a leading floor covering provider worldwide.  Todd has more than twelve years of marketing experience with Shaw, starting as a writer and communications manager.  For the past five years, he has been responsible for Shaw's residential interactive efforts, including launching Shawfloors.com, a comprehensive consumer website featuring online catalogs, guided navigation, personalized accounts, sample ordering, and more.  The site's Try On A Floor visualization tool, which allows consumers to  upload a photo and see new Shaw floors and wall colors in their own homes, was recently named the Best Online Application using Adobe Flash at the 2007 Flash Forward Conference and Film Festival.  Todd also manages Shaw's online advertising campaigns, which has included coupon offers and online sweepstakes, and Shaw's e-mail campaigns  to both consumers and retailers using Exact Target.

Nick Godfrey, Customer Portfolios

Nick GodfreyNick Godfrey is a partner at Customer Portfolios; his focus is strategy for developing and executing targeted and measurable marketing programs. Customer Portfolios is made up of Left and Right brain marketers like Nick. Coming from the client side, Nick brings to CP an extensive marketing background of building programs. Nick’s past work has covered the spectrum from consumer goods like Frito-Lay to software with LingoMotors, a natural language search company to fun products like the Harpoon Brewery and Smartfood Popcorn!

Brent HieggelkeBrent is an award-winning marketer, and frequent speaker, with 20 years experience across media, financial services, high tech, with 13 years experience in digital marketing. Brent came to Omniture as part of the Touch Clarity acquisition where he was CMO. Brent is now VP of Strategic Marketing for Omniture. Before Touch Clarity, Brent spent over 6 years as VP Marketing for WebTrends, where Brent was instrumental in growing and evangelizing the web analytics category. Prior to WebTrends, Brent was VP Marketing at ABC Technologies, which was acquired by SAS Institute. Brent was founder and associate publisher of Chicago-based New City Communications and spent two years in Mergers and Acquisitions of Morgan Stanley. In 2003, Brent was chosen by B2B Magazine as one of the Top 100 B2B Marketers in North America.
