Award Categories

The SUBSCRIBERS RULE! Awards are built around the 3 Tenets of this philosophy:

  1. Serve the Individual.
  2. Honor their unique preference communication, content, frequency, and channel.
  3. Deliver timely, relevant content that improves their lives.

Communication & Content Relevance Award

To be nominated for this award, customer must demonstrate improvements in subscriber relevancy and how they tailored the design to match stated or observed subscriber preferences. Nominees will also be judged on the visual appeal of the design in addition to the demonstrated lift in response.

Behavior & Data Relevance Award

To be nominated for this award, the customer must have integrated and leveraged several data sources (CRM, analytics, POS, etc.) in a way that results in more individualized and relevant communications through ExactTarget.

Channel Preference Award

To be nominated for this award, customer must demonstrate how ExactTarget functionality was used to deliver a compelling and relevant multi-channel campaign that honors subscriber preferences for messaging channel (email, SMS, voice, sites). Nominees must have used at least two messaging channels and will be judged on demonstrated customer retention or lift in response.

Permission-based List Growth Award

To be nominated for this award, customer must demonstrate unique, permission-based list capture strategies that honored subscriber preferences. Nominees should show how their preference center enabled subscribers to customize appropriate content and frequency preferences will receive special consideration. Nominees must also include % increase or raw number change in list size.

Improving Lives Award

To be nominated for this award, the customer must share a unique or inspirational story of how their one-to-one marketing efforts are improving the lives of their customers.
