Tony Dungy is entering his seventh season as head coach of the Indianapolis Colts after leading the Colts to a world championship victory in SuperBowl XLI. During his tenure, Dungy has led the Colts to a five-year streak of division championships — an unprecedented accomplishment in franchise history.

In 2007, Dungy co-authored one of the best-selling sports-related books in history, Quiet Strength: The Principles, Practices and Priorities of a Winning Life. In 2008, he published his first children's book, You Can Do It, which encourages children to find strength in themselves, encouragement in their loved ones, and inspiration from God.

Dungy is actively involved in many community initiatives, including the family-focused organization All-Pro Dads. He and his wife, Lauren, are the parents of six children, daughters Tiara and Jade, and sons, Eric, Jordan, and Justin, and the late James Dungy.

Christopher Gardner is the owner and CEO of Christopher Gardner International Holdings, with offices in New York, Chicago, and San Francisco. The amazing story of Gardner's life was published as an autobiography, The Pursuit of Happyness in May 2006, and was the inspiration for the 2006 movie "The Pursuit of Happyness," which is the #2 all-time grossing drama.

In his dedication to improve the well-being of children through positive paternal involvement, Gardner serves as a board member of the National Fatherhood initiative as well as serving of the board of the National Education Foundation. He is also active in organizations committed to combating violence against women, homelessness, financial illiteracy, and vision diseases. Gardner has two children and resides in Chicago and New York.

Nigel Travis joined Papa John’s as president and chief executive officer April 1, 2005. As president and CEO, Travis is responsible for all aspects of Papa John’s business, including worldwide operations, franchising, restaurant development and marketing. He is a member of the Papa John’s Board of Directors.

Travis has extensive experience leading and growing international brands with large franchise communities. He worked for Blockbuster Inc. for ten years, including serving as president and chief operating officer from 2000 to 2004. He is credited with leading several strategic initiatives that helped globally transition Blockbuster from a video rental store brand to the complete source for movies and games, in-store and online, including the introduction of blockbuster.com.

From 1985 to 1994, Travis served in various capacities for Grand Metropolitan PLC (London, England), including leadership positions at Burger King Corporation for five years. From 1991 to 1994, Travis served as managing director, EMEA for Burger King, responsible for operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. From 1989 to 1991, Travis served as senior vice president, Human Resources for Burger King, responsible for leading all HR activities for the then 45,000 company employees worldwide.
