

Jeanniey Mullen
Founder of the Email Experience Council (eec) and Global Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Zinio Systems and VIV Magazine
Mullen, who is the founder and executive chairwoman of the Email Experience Council (eec), which is DMA’s email marketing arm, just moved to Zinio Systems and VIV Magazine, where she is global executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Prior to this move, Mullen was senior partner of global email marketing and digital dialogue services at OgilvyOne worldwide. There she established and lead the global email practice across all clients.
Prior to joining OgilvyOne, Mullen founded and ran her own interactive agency. Before that, she served as the chief marketing officer and executive vice president at Avalon Digital Marketing Systems, where she helped launch one of the first B-to-B email platforms that incorporated on-demand video into the email message. She is recognized in the industry as pioneering the first international email marketing practice inside a global agency while at Grey Direct. In addition to her active role in the eec, Mullen is a columnist for ClickZ, has published numerous white papers and best practice guides, and is a frequent speaker on the topics of email marketing and the infusion of face to face marketing online.

Jeanne helps enterprises large and small become more effective and more profitable online. She has over 18 years of experience in the online marketing and product development world, beginning with CompuServe in the late 1980s. Prior to starting her consulting business more than six years ago, Jeanne was Director of Email Product Development for Reed Business Information (formerly Cahners), a subsidiary of Reed Elsevier and one of the largest B-to-B publishers in the United States. Here she oversaw a team that developed and/or revamped over 170 unique email newsletter titles, as well as numerous direct response and other campaigns conducted via email. Under Jeanne’s guidance, Reed sent more than 7 million email messages to over 2 million unique addresses each month.
Jeanne’s book, The Email Marketing Kit: The Ultimate Email Marketer’s Bible, was published in 2007 by SitePoint. Since 2001 she has authored a twice-monthly column on email marketing for ClickZ Experts. Brent is an award-winning marketer, and frequent speaker, with 20 years experience across media, financial services, high tech, with 13 years experience in digital marketing. Brent came to Omniture as part of the Touch Clarity acquisition where he was CMO. Brent is now VP of Strategic Marketing for Omniture. Before Touch Clarity, Brent spent over 6 years as VP Marketing for WebTrends, where Brent was instrumental in growing and evangelizing the web analytics category. Prior to WebTrends, Brent was VP Marketing at ABC Technologies, which was acquired by SAS Institute.

Christopher Duskin

Christopher Duskin, senior director of product marketing is responsible for developing and leading marketing efforts for Omniture¹s conversion suite software solutions. He is a leading expert in Web site testing, content targeting, and optimization. Chris came to Omniture through the acquisition of Offermatica in 2007 where he was the director of product marketing. Prior to Offermatica, Chris helped define product direction and customer solutions at DBO2, a SaaS and predictive modeling solutions company.
