Hunter Boyle  
Director of Content Marketing, MarketingExperiments

Hunter Boyle is Director of Content Marketing for MarketingExperiments, a pioneering research lab that helps marketers learn and apply research-tested optimization methods to improve ROI. The company’s mission is to “discover what really works” in optimization. A former editor and marketer with Internet Marketing Report, The Industry Standard, and other B2B publications, Hunter has managed content development in both agency and client-side roles, including several eNewsletters and multichannel campaigns. He is an active volunteer and supporter of nonprofits in education, health care, arts, and culture.

Rex Briggs  
CEO, Marketing Evolution

Rex Briggs began his career at Yankelovich Partners and within no time his marketing theories were being published and taught at Harvard before he was even 30 years old. He was named one of the dozen “Best and Brightest” in Media and Technology by AdWeek, and one of the people to “watch and learn from” according to BrandWeek. The Industry Standard called him a “data god” and a cover story by Business Week referred to Briggs and his work as “fundamentally changing marketing.” Rex founded Marketing Evolution in 2000, and pioneered cross-media measurement. Today, at Marketing Evolution, he leads with the mantra, “Test, Learn, Evolve.”

Mike Corak  
Director, Mighty Interactive

Mike Corak is the Director of Mighty Interactive and is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Mighty Interactive programs, from email marketing to website design. He also participates widely in the agency’s business development process. After conquering web project management, Mike expanded his responsibilities to include interactive marketing and a variety of ROI-generating tactics. Prior to joining Mighty Interactive, Mike was employed as a Senior Strategic Planner with iCrossing where he was responsible for designing and implementing interactive marketing programs for the Walt Disney Company, Coca-Cola, FedEx, ConAgra Foods and others.

David Daniels  
Vice President and Principal Analyst, Forrester

With more than 15 years of direct to consumer marketing experience, David Daniels serves the Direct Marketing professionals and is a leading expert on email marketing, customer segmentation strategies, and marketing optimization tactics. David is an advisor to a variety of industry organizations including the EEC, AOTA, and Mediapost's Email Insider Summit. He founded the Email Measurement Accuracy Coalition, which was absorbed by the Email Experience Council in 2008. He is co-author of the book, “Email Marketing, An Hour A Day” (2008).

Scott Dorsey  
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, ExactTarget

Scott is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of ExactTarget. Since he co-founded the company, ExactTarget has grown to over 400 employees serving thousands of organizations worldwide. Scott is particularly passionate about building a great organization where employees and clients can be successful. He’s received numerous awards for his business and civic leadership, including Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year,” BtoB Magazine's “Who's Who List” in 2008 and 2007, Indianapolis Business Journal's "Forty Under 40," and Junior Achievement KPMG's "Best and Brightest" awards. He currently serves on the Dean's Advisory Council for the School of Informatics at Indiana University and sits on several non-profit boards including NPower, the Indy Partnership, and Techpoint.

Lisa Harmon

Lisa Harmon is a principal and founding partner of Smith-Harmon, a premier email marketing strategy and creative services agency. Smith-Harmon works with leading brands to maximize creative experience and program performance. Lisa is an Email Roundtable moderator, chairman of the EEC Design Committee, and actively contributes to several popular blogs (edm.smith-harmon.com and blog.emailexperience.org). She is also a director of the Harmon Foundation, which this year will donate $400,000 to fifty charities around the world.

Trisha R. Jackson

Trisha R. Jackson is Director of E-business for AAA Auto Club and responsible for all things digital, including email marketing, interactive marketing, customer engagement, web design, development, traffic, and analytics. She is a 10-year digital marketing veteran with broad experience in both sales and marketing for B2B and B2C audiences focused on multichannel integration. Trisha has been able to implement her internet marketing knowledge throughout various industries ranging from manufacturing, software, and travel, to insurance for companies such as Ashland Chemical and Symix Systems. She’s a passionate thought leader on social media marketing and strategies in the Columbus, Ohio, community.

Simms Jenkins is the CEO of BrightWave Marketing, an award-winning full service agency. He’s led the company in establishing a top tier client list including Chick-fil-A, Lowe's, Sports Illustrated as well as leading advertising and marketing firms. Simms is the creator of EmailStatCenter.com, the leading authority on email marketing metrics, the author of The Truth About Email Marketing (2008), and is a columnist for iMedia Connection. Simms is regarded as one of the leading experts in the email marketing industry and has been recognized by many media outlets including The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Bloomberg TV, and DMNews.

Justine Jordan

An expert in performance-driven email design and strategy, Justine Jordan co-manages ExactTarget’s Design Solutions program and provides thought leadership for the Design Solutions offering. She has led engagements for Charles Schwab, Milwaukee Electric Tools, The New Release, Best Buy, and Florida Power & Light, and has contributed to numerous design-related whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs as well as participating in the EEC Design Roundtable. Justine also serves as Communications Director for AIGA Indianapolis.

Julie M. Katz  
Analyst, Forrester

Julie M. Katz serves customer intelligence professionals and focuses on how marketers can improve their performance through measurement. Julie helps Forrester clients understand the right metrics to fulfill their marketing goals, which partners can help display their metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and how to achieve the right marketing mix to deliver stronger return on investment. She has written about B2B marketing, advertising, and email and mobile marketing and served as a data advisor on Forrester's Consumer Technographics® team, participating in survey design and data analysis and advising clients in the advertising and media sectors.

Andy Mott  
Senior Manager, Research Partnerships, MarketingExperiments

As the Senior Manager of Research Partnerships, Andy Mott identifies key research projects and collaborates with partners and candidates in the MarketingExperiments research program. He joined MarketingExperiments as a research analyst, and prior to that, worked with several leading investment firms as a senior manager in the financial services industry. Andy also served in the U.S. Navy as a staff instructor at Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit in Charleston, SC.

Tim Siukola

Tim Siukola offers results-oriented email design while co-managing ExactTarget’s Design Solutions program and providing thought leadership for the Design Solutions offering. Tim has led design engagements for a wide variety of B2B and B2C businesses, including CareerBuilder, Genworth Financial, Charles Schwab, ULTA, and Expedia.ca. Tim regularly extends his expertise to the design community by participating in events as a member of AIGA, EEC Design Roundtable, and other speaking engagements. He also contributes to numerous design-related whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and blogs.

Suresh Vittal  
Principal Analyst, Forrester

Suresh Vittal serves customer intelligence professionals. His research agenda focuses on enterprise marketing technologies, database marketing strategies, customer analytics, and technologies that make customer insight operational. Suresh helps clients navigate the ever-changing marketing technology landscape and develop data-driven marketing strategies. His background includes the successful implementation of web analytics, data mining, real-time marketing, campaign optimization, and enterprise predictive applications in the financial services, travel, and pharmaceutical industries.
