Co-Founder and CEO
Scott is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of ExactTarget. Since he co-founded the company, ExactTarget has grown to nearly 300 employees serving over 6,000 organizations worldwide. Scott is particularly passionate about building a great organization where employees and customers thrive. Scott has received numerous awards for his business and civic leadership including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, BtoB Magazine's Who's Who List in 2007, Indiana Business Journal's "Forty Under 40" and Junior Achievement's "Best and Brightest" award. Scott earned his undergraduate Marketing degree from Indiana University and MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. While at Kellogg, Scott focused on Entrepreneurship and E-Commerce & Technology coursework.
Traci Dolan
Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration
As the Vice President of Finance and Administration for Exact Target, Traci oversees the financial management and administrative functions of the company. In addition to her financial role, her responsibilities include human resources, internal business systems, risk management, real estate and legal. Traci brings a combination of financial and administrative experience to ExactTarget. Before joining ExactTarget, Traci served as Vice President of Finance and Administration, Secretary and Treasurer of Made2Manage Systems, Inc., a publicly traded enterprise software company. There, she led the effort to privatize the company, which was completed in August 2003. Traci also held financial management and operational positions with Macmillan Publishing where she was Vice President of Finance and Operations, and with Coopers & Lybrand where she was a Senior Manager. Traci is a graduate of Indiana University.
Scott McCorkle
Executive Vice President, Technology and Product
As VP, Technology and Product, Scott is responsible for ExactTarget’s product development and management efforts, including the technology and infrastructure required to deliver ExactTarget’s on-demand service to its customers. Prior to ExactTarget, Scott co-founded Mezzia, Inc., a company that provides on-demand software to manage the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital spending and project-based initiatives. Scott also served as Vice President of IBM’s customer relationship management (CRM) product group and as a Vice President and General Manager for Software Artistry, a company acquired by IBM. Scott started his career at BorgWarner Automotive’s Technology Research Center developing computer vision-guided robotic systems and then spent several years at Eli Lilly and Company’s Lilly Research Laboratories. He holds an M.B.A. from Indiana University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Ball State University.
Scott Bleczinski
Executive Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales for ExactTarget, Scott focuses on developing partnerships, driving revenues, and managing the ExactTarget sales team. He is leading the charge in building a robust base of strategic enterprise clients, as well as a talented direct sales organization. Scott brings 15 years of experience in high tech sales leadership, management and marketing to the ExactTarget team. Scott was also a founding investor and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DiaNet, LLC and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Inforonics Inc. Scott is a graduate of Colgate University, where he earned a BA in Political Science.
Tim Kopp
Chief Marketing Officer
As Chief Marketing Officer, Tim is responsible for all aspects of Company marketing including strategy, corporate marketing and product marketing. Tim was previously the Chief Marketing Officer for WebTrends where he led the process of reinventing the brand and moving from a one product company to full marketing platform. Before joining WebTrends Tim was Vice-President, Worldwide Interactive Marketing for the Coca-Cola Company. Prior to this role, Tim was one of the founding members of Procter and Gamble’s Interactive Marketing program. He led the entire Interactive Marketing Organization for the Beauty Care Division, which was approximately $17 Billion in annual sales. The scope of work included online media, gaming, mobile, web, CRM, and measurement. Tim holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from the University of Dayton.
Chip House
Vice President, Marketing Services
As the ExactTarget VP, Marketing Services, Chip leads the teams responsible for client success using our software – including email optimization and deliverability services, design & deployment services and strategic consulting. He was named to BtoB Magazine’s 2005 “Who’s Who in B-To-B,” for being a vocal proponent of legitimate commercial email and an active lobbyist regarding spam and privacy issues.
Chip brings 18 years of direct marketing and ten years of Internet marketing experience to ExactTarget. Prior to ExactTarget, Chip was the senior director of marketing for Digital River, a leading e-commerce service provider. At Digital River, Chip led the marketing services team and launched the company's first email marketing program and various strategic online marketing initiatives. In that role, Chip learned first-hand the deliverability practices and procedures that prepared him for his current role.
Prior to Digital River, Chip spent nine years with direct marketing giant Fingerhut Corporation. While at Fingerhut, Chip held roles in marketing, merchandising and promotion management. Chip managed marketing and online advertising for Fingerhut's liquidation site, Andy's Garage Sale.com. Chip holds a degree in economics and management from St. Olaf College in Minnesota, as well as marketing MBA coursework at St. Thomas University in Minneapolis.
Doug Hooton
Vice President, Client Services
As Vice President of Client Services for ExactTarget, Doug focuses primarily on helping clients achieve their business objectives by leveraging ExactTarget’s software, solutions and services. Doug is leading a talented team of professionals who deliver services including implementation, systems integration, strategic account management, solutions optimization, and client service and support. Prior to joining ExactTarget, Doug was Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts with Walker Information, where he was responsible for developing and delivering customer strategies for global organizations. He also has significant operations, service and general management experience in the technology, telecom and service sectors. Doug earned a B.S. in Operations and Systems Management from Indiana University. He also holds a M.B.A. from Butler University.
Peter McCormick
Co-Founder and Vice President, Partnerships
As the VP, Partnerships for ExactTarget, Peter and his team energetically build partner relationships that add value to our customers. Responsibilities include developing programs and product integrations with partner categories including Marketing Technology, Platform, Agency and Consulting. ExactTarget Partners include salesforce.com, Microsoft, WebTrends, ePrize and more than 400 agencies worldwide. Peter’s interests span the business realm from sales to training and organizational development. Prior to founding ExactTarget, Peter was the Director of Channel Development at divine, inc., where he was responsible for the development of Web-based technology that enabled business-to-business e-commerce. Peter earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Minnesota. He also holds an M.B.A. with a Marketing and Human Resource Development emphasis from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
Kristen Brown
Vice President, Channel and Corporate Development
Kristen Brown joined ExactTarget as Vice President/Channel and Corporate Development. Prior to joining ExactTarget, Brown led business development, alliances and channel sales at the executive level for several leading software companies, including NetSuite Oracle, BEA, Intuit, Borland and Bowstreet. Brown will lead ExactTarget’s channel development strategy and work with the executive team to ensure alignment with the company’s product roadmap and partnership strategy.
