Applying for Slingshot is easy.  We’ve listed the six step process that takes place, only two of which require you to actually do something!  We also suggest reviewing our list of tips and suggestions for your resume, cover letter and Finalist Night to the right.  Remember, first impressions are important.

A Simple Process

• Submit your resume and cover letter online
• Applicants are screened by the Catapult Steering Committee and the HR team
• A select group of finalists are notified to advance to the second round
• Finalists participate in an on-site interview evening, affectionately known as Finalist Night, at ExactTarget headquarters in Indianapolis
• Participating managers select final Slingshot candidates
• Offers extended
